We are constantly pushing the boundaries of learning methods and as a result we have developed our own Learner Management system. We are also strong believers of using learning approaches beneficial to learning and learners – providing the best of both worlds. These new innovations offer a flexible, appropriate and cost effective means of learning to clients and individuals.

Atvance has a diverse human resource capacity that consists of individuals that have worked on national and local levels with proven track records of delivery in the education, training and development programs to the community, private and non-governmental sectors. Within our pool of professionals are people that have worked extensively in all corners of South Africa.
The way we Structure and Deliver our Courses
Our courses are tailored to student and client’s needs with a structure that is flexible and designed to match available time and budget. Atvance produces its own materials and on an as-needed basis can source reputable materials on the open market. We are also able to provide off- and on-site training.

We pursue the highest quality in all our training intervention by ensuring that our materials are relevant and unit standard aligned; our facilitators are experts in their field and experienced ETD professionals and that our approach to leaning is both visionary and innovative.

Our Social Responsibility
As part of our commitment to social development, Atvance has initiated its ‘Leaders for the Future’ Youth Development Project, which aims to build leadership capacity of emergent leaders from previously disadvantaged communities.
Collectively, Atvance’s owners, staff and associates are able to draw on a wide range of influential role-players through their active involvement in education, training and development for more than 20 years.
